Zara Shahjahan’s PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week 2015 Luxury Pret collection “New Vintage” is an ode to the modern Pakistani woman!
After showcasing the brand’s luxury prêt collection “Forever Boho” at Pakistan Fashion Week SS 2015, Zara Shahjahan is set to showcase a new collection of luxury prêt titled “New Vintage” at PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week 2015 (PSFW15). This marks the fourthtime that Zara Shahjahan will be participating at the prestigious fashion platform.
Zara Shahjahan’s “New Vintage”takes inspiration from the intangible qualities and emotions that possess and define the modern woman, qualities such as vivacity that encapsulate the desire to experiment and live life to the fullest. The womenswear collection is based in a fresh color palette of blues, maroons, salmon pinks and pistachio greens on luxe silks and karandi. Expect desian drogynous silhouettes and separates adorned with jewel embellishments, crystals and semi-precious stones.

Zara Shahjahan is a graduate from the National College of Arts and has built a niche clientele that understands and has the ability to appreciate design and pattern making. With a background in miniature painting, she is Pakistan’s first designer who has the expertise to make her own motifs. The label’s new PFDC Sunsilk Fashion Week 2015 collection will be able for retail at the brand’s flagship store at Galleria, Lahore and the brand’s Karachi store on Main Bokhari Commercial6 to 8 weeks after the conclusion of the fashion event.
