44th National Day Celebrations Held Across The UAE

A large series of events are being held across the country in order to mark the honor Day and the 44th National Day and highlight the rich cultural past of UAE.

Nation of Hope:  In Sharjah one of the most important events will be an operetta and this event called Nation of Hope on the Flag Island in Sharjah.

On December 2 the show to be held at 8pm.this show will feature almost six musical performances that will revolve around the idea of Spirit of the Union.

Emirati poet Mosbeh Ali Al Kaabi has written the operetta with music that is composed by Khalid Al Nasser, and performed by artists Jasem Mohammad, Hussain Al Jasmi, Esmail Mubarak and Arwa. This poet explains the story about the establishment of the UAE and development of USA over the course of nearly four decades.

Etihad Airways:

Etihad Airways plays an important role in 44th National Day celebrations. Eithad airways participated in these activities by hosting the family entertainment and cultural activities for more than 2,000 staff members and their families.

A special marquee event has been organized by the Eithad airways in Abu Dabi the headquarter of Eithad airways

As part of the celebration a staff competitions were also arranged, including an Emirati-themed talent show, best decorated department, and best dressed Emirati.

UAE National Day Celebrations

Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation (AMAF):

At the newly launched orphanage a special celebration organized by the AMAF, the Family Village, to celebrate the 44th UAE National Day.

A special parade was held with the participation of Dubai Customs and Dubai Police as part of the celebration. A lecture on the importance of national identity also featured in this event.

Al Noor Training Centre for Persons with Disabilities:

Training center named Al Noor Training Centre for Persons with Disabilities will also took part in these cultural activities by showcasing the creative abilities of their students, in these creativities they designed greeting cards that reflect the occasion. Al Noor Training Centre for Persons with Disabilities is hosting a festival only by presenting greeting cards collection by the 12 talented Al Noor students.
