The federal government announced good news on registration of automobiles Decrease in the Withholding Tax (WHT). The financial minister Ishaq Dar said in his speech in front of a National Assembly that the registration of automobiles of 800cc will decrease from RS 10,000 to RS 7,500 and the registration of 851cc to 1000cc will decrease to RS 20,000 to RS 15,000 and the registration of 1300cc automobiles is decreased from RS 30,000 to RS 25,000.
He also said that this is only for tax paying customers. Dar, also said that the price of automobile parts will also decrease by 10% to 15%. This is really a good step in the development of the country.
In Islamabad on Friday, Pakistani government presents his fifth budget. The prime minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif and finance minister Ishaq Dar represent the budget. This is the first time in the history of Pakistan that a government represent the fifth budget.
