Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has been known as one of the hugely successful and yet the most distinguished political party in Pakistan. This party has been currently ruling over the nation of Pakistan for five years of time period. This party has been originated from the past roots of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and this party basically belongs to Bhutto forthcoming generations and family. This party has been marked to be the strongest party during the time phase of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.
The main roots of this party fall within the province of Sindh but it has even gained huge success and favoritism in other renowned provinces as well such as Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. In 1967 Pakistan People Party entered in the world of politics and has been even rewarded with the honor of ruling over the Pakistan government for first time. But this has been one of the first parties who rejected the reward for ruling over Pakistan twice times as in 1977 and in 2002. This party was also formed under the supervision of Liaquat Ali Khan. On 30th November 1967 Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto took control over the party functions.
Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was the Chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party whereas he made his own daughter Benazir Bhutto as the Co-Chairman of the party. During the time scale of 1990 Pakistan Peoples Party have witnessed huge sum of troubles and problems that even lead them to face jail. As Benazir Bhutto returned back to Pakistan she as badly assassinated therefore his husband Asif Ali Zardari took control over the party as the Chairman. This party has been presently ruling over since last five years.
In 2011 two main members of PPP left the party named as Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Malik Ali Khan because of the clashes and careless attitude of Asif Ali Zardari as being the President of Pakistan. Next comes the biggest shock of Zulfiqar Mirza who also left the party because of the clashes. This party is just known for its dedicational work and efforts that have all the time helped the needy and deprived people. But after the death of two main leaders of Pakistan Peoples Party there seems to be no rise of hope.
