The star-studded event of the Pakistan Super League was launched at a ceremony in the city of Lahore. As we talk about the guest list then at the event Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Shahryar Khan was even present as he said that the international players adding with the names of New Zealand’s Martin Guptill, Brendon McCullum and West Indies’s Chris Gayle will be best enough as to promote national players.
The League would be held in February 2016 just as a month before the World T20 begins in the place of India. PCB chairman Najam Sethi said that all the winners will be awarded with $10 million prize money plus at the same time each player will also earn over $50,000. The logo for the league was also unveiled while Ali Zafar performed on the stage just as revealing the League’s anthem.
